Summer Camps 2024 at the CRAFT Maker Space

The summer camp bookings are open!

These camps are hands-on workshops, based on exploration, play and collaborative engineering design projects, placing an emphasis on the concept that we are all makers, deisingers, engineers, scientists, mathematicians, inventors, thinkers, artists and crafters!

Each camp has it's own theme and runs from 9.30 to 2pm each day in the CRAFT Maker Space on the John Henry Newman Campus, MIC Limerick. 

Camps are free and numbers are limited to 25 per workshop.

STEM Fun

July 18 & 19 for 6 to 8 year olds

Containing lots of STEM favourties like marble runs, Bee Bots, rockets.

July 22 & 23 for 9 to 10 year olds
A design challenge workshop using straws and connectors.

July 29 & 30 for 11 to 13 year olds
Programming Micro:Bits and using TinkerCad for 3D printing.
